Preparation of the final file including shopping list, detailed plans, graphic and descriptive elements as well as technical documents necessary for carrying out the work, ensuring the faithful execution of the project in accordance with the aesthetic and functional choices defined during the previous phases, and facilitating the understanding and implementation of the project.

Study & Plan

Development of a site inventory plan with analysis of the existing situation allowing the identification of technical constraints and essential points to anticipate, leading to the proposal of a development plan optimizing volumes and circulation in order to ensure the functionality, comfort and consistency of the project with the defined program.

Design & conception

Development of the project concept and identity, with the choice of colors, materials, lighting and furnishings, including the design of custom furniture adapted to the space, ensuring the aesthetic and functional consistency of the project. Production of 3D visuals allowing a clear and immersive reading of the final rendering.

Advice & intention

Creation of a program defining the objectives, constraints and aesthetic orientations of the project. Analysis of the needs, uses and characteristics of the site in order to establish the functional and conceptual bases of the future development, as well as the priorities, the budget and the initial design ideas.
